Sandy is a classically trained singer with a reputation for control and focus. With average scores of A+ in singing competitions Sandy brings a level of grace to each song she performs. Her quirky self deprecating humour appeals to all ages, as she shares tidbits of her life story, adventures, the mayhem that is associated with ‘arty types’ and lots of laughs are on the cards. “One thing I tell my audiences is that rehearsing is really, quite hard for me – the moment I sit down my daughter climbs up my back and sits on my shoulders, patting my head in time to the music!” she says. Sandy also shares funny moments that she has experienced with her audiences “I had an elderly couple sitting right in front of me the one night. At the end of the show I spoke to them and said how their love had encouraged me so much. I asked them ‘so how long have you two been married?’ and the very elderly gentleman replied ‘We’re not married! We’re having an affair!... shocked!”

As a Multipotentialite, I have enjoyed many elements of creative work in my career.

This enables me to use all of my skills across any creative platform. 

• I perform live Piano & Vocals for any functions (over 250 Modern and contemporary songs, golden oldies,

• jazz, blues, opera and light classical - *REQUESTS*) 

• I do Stand-up Comedy (Ellen DeGeneres' style)

• I am a professional touring MC  of Events (Corporate, Malls, School functions, National Events) I have worked

• with international celebrities (Paul Hollywood, Hayden Quinn, Katy Ashworth, Emma Dean) and have had a

• good working relationship with national media presenters (Ewan and Katelynn of the Expresso Morning Show

• SABC3 at the Good Food & Wine Show DBN and JHB and CT, and local Zalebs as well (Talia Sanhewe, 

• Steve Fataar, SK Sekoati, Alida Ryder, Samantha Govender, Sharon Glass, Glen Bo, Dusty Richardson, 

• Themi Venturas, Mpume Mthombeni)

• I perform & direct Children's Educational Shows and Adult Theatre - utilizing high levels of audience

• interaction - with a firm control over my young audiences.

• I do high end Face-Painting for Adults Events as well as for Children's Parties. 

• I do Photography.

• I have a popular blog that I remember to write for... 

• I assist new writers with self-publishing, assiting from design to print.

• I give educational Work Experience talks for High school about my career and profession in the Arts.

• I assist female business owners with launching their businesses (Setting up Facebook pages, Twitter pages and email with all imagery / logos / photography)

• I am a Survivor of Woman & Child Abuse and have a very inspiring life story (at least my dear Mum thinks so!) of overcoming all odds, and of forgiveness - I do motivational talks for ages 10 and up.
